Q ELITE
International hockey elite development programs
Swedehockey/ Q Elite has a strong foothold in the Gothenburg region, and our main focus is development of young hockey players and to guide them on their way to elite level.
We are very focused on a close dialogue between the coaches and the players. Fair play, humility and respect have a central place in our programs.

Long term development
Professional Mentors
Unlike two to five days hockey camps the players in each program are following a developemt program our a year and longer.​ Some of our Q Elite players and Q Defense players are now starting on their third year with us. The level of the players are high and a number of our players represents the national teams in Norway and Sweden.

Our programs are a combination of skills development and coaching on game-like situations and systems. What are the options you have in different situations and how can we optimize the outcome with or without puck possession.
Playbook based

Our coaches are very experienced and have played in top leagues in Sweden and in international clubs at elite level. They know what is needed on and off the ice to reach a high standard and this is clearly communicated.
Our programs 2026-2027
In the 26-27 season we are running seven programs and they are all put together with players from Sweden and Norway. We have a very poular and high standard program for D-men born 2008 -2011 (Q Defense). There is also one group, that are working together monthly on the second year covering all positions with players born 2009-2011.
For the younger players we have FIVE groups organized under our sub-brand Swedehockey Elite. This is a 2012-, 2013, 2014 group and in Aug 2026 we start the development programs for the 2015 and 2016 agegroups.
Upcoming Tournaments
Swedehockey Elite will as a part of the players development participate in selected tournaments to add the mental challenge to play against the best teams in the world.

Toronto Elite need two forwards and one defense player for their 2015 team in WHC Innsbruck May 5-9.

Cooperation with Toronto Elite
In 2026 Q Elite supported Toronto Elite with four players, and we are also planning a cooperation in 2026 where Toronto Elite is invited to strenghten our Swedehockey Elite teams in the World Hockey Championships in Innsbruck with players coming in from Canada for the tournament. Q Elite did also support Toronto Elite with two players in the HHOF Championships in Niagara Falls in 2025.

MCN need 2013 goalies U13 for Bauer World Championships in Tours, April 23-26th.
They also need 1 defenseman (2011 or 12) for the U15 World Cup in Aosta, Italy. April 30-May 3rd.

MCN Sports Management is a leading provider of international tours and tournaments for athletes and teams of all levels. Our goal is to provide our players and families with the best possible experience, whether they are participating in one of our tournaments or creating their own custom tour. Players in our training group has represented MCN in tournaments in France and in Lions Cup in Helsinki.
